Mail randomly refuses to load message contents on iMac under Monterey 12.4

Today I had another incident where the body of an Email would not display on my IMAC but the same Email displayed on my IPhone and iPad. This is a randomly reoccurring problem under Monterey version 12.4. Before this report, in this order, I disabled all privacy protection preferences in Mail, restarted Mail, rebooted the iMac, looked at the Email on my iPhone and on my iPad. The IPhone and the iPad each display that EMail's contents, however the iMac does not!!??

A look in the community pages lead me to consider a possible setting on the System Preferences|Network page. I removed the check in the "Limit IP address Tracking" box. The message contents that were not visible on my iMac were immediately visible. I only observed the one current message.

Although I had removed third party virus checking software earlier this year, it seems that this "Limit IP Address Tracking" feature could have come with a recent Monterey upgrade.
