Kensington DockWorks process problem

Hi,

I have since the beginning with the M1 MacBook Pro the problem that a shutdown may hang. I get then the message that there was a problem.

I assume that it is the DockWorks process but maybe I am wrong. Any ideas? I have re-installed the software from Kensington but that seems to be not helpful.

Thank you in advance,

Jogi

From what I see and refer to image below, their software is designed for macOS 10.12 Sierra and above.

Sierra was released in 2016.

The wording " and above " - there are 6 year of newer version of macOS plus the Introduction of the M1 / M2 Apple Silicon

Q\Would suggest communicating with the Developer for a Monterey compatible Software as well a Apple Silicon which only support everything in 64 Bit Only.
