Sounds app in iPhone storage?
While cleaning up apps on my
phone, under iPhone storage, this popped up as an app but I can’t delete it or it’s data. I also can’t figure out exactly what app it is. Any suggestions?

That icon is usually a busted app; an app that got caught somewhere between download install and/or delete. It’s not all there.
Apple does however have some of its own stuff showing with that icon. Here’s one from a local device:
Given it’s Apple, I’d ignore it. But if it bothers you, you can try a restart, and if it cannot be deleted, you’ll probably want to try a back up, reset, and reload. Which may or may not clear it.

In this case, it’s some storage for an Apple app known as Sounds. And as mentioned, given it’s Apple using some storage, I’d ignore it. I suspect Apple just messed up the icon, or the icon fell out of a cache somewhere.
