Hi, Please help. I am using Iphone 13 Pro-Max with IOS 15.5, last 4/5 days I am facing problem in call receiving. If some one call me the first time, he finds me busy (but I am not busy and I receive miss call in my list)) If he calls me a second time, he can already reach me.
I changed my IPhone with my old IPhone 10 and I'm facing the same problem

I'd try to contact your cellular carrier and ask them if they're having issues on their side.
The fact that the problem is replicated on a different device (assuming it's using the same SIM card) makes me think that the SIM card might be defective.
If, after checking above things, the issue persists, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

I tried with 2 SIM cards on 2 different IPhones. One 10 and one 13. The result is the same.
I guess the problem is somewhere in the apple icloud, because I'm restoring from IT
