Error Code: 0xc0000225 on Macbook Air (Windows Bootcamp)

I think when I was partitioning my disks, I deleted my macOS portion. So now when I load up my Macbook, I can only go into Windows. But when I enter Windows, a blue screen that says “Recovery. Your PC/Device needs to be repaired” with the error code 0xc0000225. Any function buttons I press just refreshes the screen, I tried to factory reset but it just sends me back the blue screen. Anyone know what I can do??
