How to remove native icon on menu bar, like messages, mail, maps, contacts, music, podcast, etc...? and add more useful icons

Sounds like you are talking about the Dock along the bottom of the screen.


Drag items off the Dock. If the app is not actually running, it will be removed. Running items always take up a slot in the Dock until they quit.


Adding items to the Dock, is a easy as dragging them onto the Dock. If the App is running and you want to pin it to the Dock, you can Control-Click and select Options -> Keep in Dock.


There is a left and right side to the Dock. The left side has applications. The right side has files or folders.

A - Refer to below and which one does the User want to change ?


A - There is not way to remove items listed in Menu Bar unless the User has Third Party Applications listed in Menu Bar


A - There is a way to change thing in the Dock


A - Menu Bar


A - Dock



Is this computer Running Mojave as this is where this posting in placed ?


Or - is this computer Running Monterey 12.4 as per from some of your Other Posting ?
