Beats Fit Pro DO NOT stay in while working out?

I’ve had my Beats Fit Pro for a week now. I’ve done 2 hiit training sessions and a 7km run and they continuously fell out of both ears. This was my main reason for buying them so feel quite misled.

furthermore I am unable to return them as this is not considered a valid reason by Beats and Apple.

Has anyone else had this problem? Both with keeping them in your ears and returning such a product that you can’t try before buying and then render them nonreturnable once you have used them…shrugs…

thanks

About Beats and Apple:

Beats is Apple-owned. So, Apple makes the rules here.

Beat Contact Us Info:

Contact the manufacturer, and request assistance with finding a solution. Ask them for some tip on troubleshooting this, and ask if you can get a swapout. They make the product. So, they'd know an upfront answer.

I spent 2 hours on the phone with Apple (after the store I bought them from declined my return request) and after telling my story to about 6 customer service representatives who kept transferring me, they ultimately declined to help me saying that the fact they do not stay in my ears is NOT a technical issue and therefore not a valid reason for returning them.

All the marketing revolves around their performance while working out and this is the reason I bought them.

If a product that proclaims its existence is to stay in the ear while the user performs vigorous athletic movements fails to do so - is that not a technical issue? Shrugs

Based on Personal Experience:

So, take it up with Beats. Being gifted Beats Pills, my gifted Beats Pill became inoperable, and they were kind enough to swap it out, without a fee. They may do the same for you?

You are welcome.

Get EarBuds:

If they are unwilling help, then cry purchasing for eaves of sorts. That might do the trick.

The customer service representative claimed nobody else has tried to return them for this reason. Looking at YouTube comments I find this hard to believe.

To clarify, this is not a matter of a poor product. They are great sounding for regular use but surely I cannot be the only person to have experienced difficulty keeping them in the ear when working out.
