in system services to location services i have teo find my iphones. the first one is off but the second one isnt

i need help with my system services, ive never had this happen where i have two find my iphone to which ive tried resetting it and it still didnt work. ive had this issue for a month now that the second bar of the same find my iphone wont be able to be off. am i getting tracked by someone else?

I guess you are saying you have two devices on the Find My app under the Devices tab. If that is right then please change the Apple ID Password and check again. Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support
