Data transfer cancelled now phone stuck in restart loop

I brought a new iPhone 13 pro, I have an iPhone 11. Whilst trying to automatically transfer data from 11 to 13 the move phone closer to continue came up. Tried solving that problem to no avail and decided to cancel the transfer on the iPhone 11. Now its stuck in a constant reboot loop, have tried restarting it and nothing is working, cannot connect it to computer. It will come back to my home screen after reboot but when I unlock it goes back into reboot loop.
