open downloaded files from Outlook, Mail

How To automatically open downloaded files or open the enclosing folder from Outlook or Mail instead of download the file and then open the finder, locate the folder and then open the file. Taking in consideration that the recent option on finder, do not show the downloaded file to a iCloud folder on my Mac
