I received email from apple support about my lost i phone and im not sure if thats fake account or Apple support how can I know?

I received an email from Apple support about my lost iPhone and they they ask me to open the security code for my iPhone , how can I know and confident if that’s Apple support really or a random account thank you?

That's a scam. Apple will never, email you or send you a message regarding a lost iPhone. NEVER.

Those are always scams trying to get your account information. Block them.
