My AirTag was connected to my phone that broke. I too my sims card and put it in my daughters phone and now I can’t reconnect my air tag. I tried removing it from the battery four time’s however it says can’t use with another Apple ID. But it’s should be the same apple ID

Did you sign into iCloud on your daughters phone with your iCloud account? Sounds like it’s still signed into hers.
