The fraud/spam software in the app store in China

I was outraged by the fraud/spam software in the app store in China.

The first day I arrived in China, I needed to check my email in google mail. Therefore, I bought software in the app store in China named "火箭加速器-极速网际网络加速". It was at the top recommendation when you search the keyword "VPN". And it has the same icon as the famous VPN software "Shadorocket". Here is the screenshot of this app:

Now after you purchase this app, the first thing needs to do is buy its service. Otherwise, it is totally useless.

However, after I bought its service. This app appeared as totally unfunctionalities. With it's VPN opened, the I cannot access to any websites. I thought maybe it is my mistake, maybe I didn't do it right. Then I opened its reviews, as shown in below with my translation,

Then I was ****** off by its reviews. Most of its reviews appear as "asdfasdfasdfasdf" and something like that. Very few normal reviews show that this is fraud/spam software. And once you purchased it you cannot get a refund.

After that, I tried to get a refund from the 'report a problem' function. With no doubt, I cannot get a refund. Just after I reported 2 times, I make a telephone call to apple China. It really surprised me, the technical support claimed that they have no right to give me a refund. And furthermore, they have no right to take it down from the app store or to check this app. All they can do is send a report. This report is being sent to whom I have totally no idea.

I cannot believe this is the working style of the very first or even the best technology company worldwide.

At last, I have two appeals for the app store,

1. The app store in China needs to check this software and all the software developed by the same developer. If they turn out to be fraud/spam software, please take them down.
2. Give me a refund. Because I bought this software in the apple store and paid by the apple pay!
