I am writing to you about something different my iPhone 13 mini about an week ago wouldn’t let me shut it down , wouldn’t allow me to call anyone wouldn’t let me answer a phone call this went on until I was able to get it into my phone carrier T-Mobile and they workd on it awhile and got it unstuck, but my phones phone is experiencing the same issue and locked up already I was somehow able to get it out but could I possibly get a replacement phone as this one is pretty new? My phones doing it again! Can I please receive a replacement also I noticed a different Apple device that shouldn’t be signing into my account! Mac Serere isn’t mine! Is there anyway I can replace my phone and use my warranty for coverage also help me shut down the Mac Serene that’s coming up with my account I have no such thing only my iPhone 13 mini
