Apple Watch Smart Stack not or rarely refreshing Hello👏🏼 Do you know a way to make the smart stack widget update more often? Now we are on watchOS 10.5 and still things like the heart rate show xy bpm 42 minutes ago. The same thing with complications. Is there a solution or is it just me? Trends not working in Apple Fitness App I've had apple watches for years, so well above 180 days, and I still don't have the trends view available in Summary... is there a setting that I need to change? Both my watch and phone are updated to the most recent versions.

Trends are based off your previous exercise and workouts,you can't change them.
