I'm using a 8bitdo sn30 pro xbox controller and it works fine with games like Crossy Road Castle, but in some games it's not working at all (like Charrua Soccer) and in some it works partially (like in Cat Quest 2 I can move, and attack, but can't interact/open a chest, etc).
Running on an intel MacOS (latest version).
Any tips?

Reaching out to the individual game manufacturers may also be a good idea, as they would have the best knowledge as to what issues can arise with using a controller with your Mac.

Booting into safe mode will disable any startup and login items from automatically opening, which can help us to isolate the source of the issue further.
