I forget my recovery key

I have been using an iPhone for 11 years in a row and there was no problem before and now there was a big problem that the iPhone asked me for the Passcode and I wrote it correctly, but it was rejected. And it’s asked me for the Recoveri Keu 28 numbers but I did not remember because I made a copy of it on the iPhone and I can’t access it and one of the customer service staff returns to me and I do a Restore and I did the steps that guided me and everything was erased on the device at that time I can’t open the iCloud on the device or retrieve what has been erased, I made what he said , But didn’t work again and in ( one )of my calls because I called Apple more than 15 Times… one of customer Service said will need to Fill this form include ( when I bought this device & Fron Where & Name The Shope I bought from him & his address & purchase invoice ) and I did that then Apple sent me an email said ( We reviewed the information you provided and turned off Activation Lock on your device. Restore your device as new through recovery mode to prevent Activation Lock from being reapplied ) and I did but still asked me for the Recovery Key He just Removed the Passcode ,,, so please help me to solve my problem and I have all and any information you need I have the Apple ID and Password and the number phone on it and I have the ICloud and the password and the number on it and I can open both from any where and now am sending this Case from my device and from my Apple ID so please help me … in the iCloud There are very important things in it, especially my work from past years, and I cannot continue without them
