my itunes account have a problem

it doesn't allow me to purchase in any app and says to contact apple support

Yes, that's the only way to solve your problem.

Contact Apple Support, after reading this support article:--> If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' , and use the following specific link:--> Apple Support
