Apple + tv
When I went into my Apple+ site, all I get is library with nothing or any way to get out of it. I don’t know how to get into anything else. It worked a couple days ago

The Apple TV+ site on Safari should re-direct to the TV app on Apple devices that have that app.
The TV app loads a local library (for downloaded content) when it doesn’t have internet access. That may be empty if you haven’t downloaded/synced anything through the TV app.
The TV app loads full functionality when it has internet access (Wi-Fi or cellular).
Mobile devices with cellular connectivity may need to change a setting to give the TV app permission to use cellular data:
