How do I change the name of one of my contacts and how do I move them around?

Contact able to see saved name Hiya I have a question. One of my contacts has been able to see what they are saved as in my contacts. We have been emailing and I have their name and email saved in my phone but not their real name as I have a nickname for them. They have somehow been able to see this information. My contact list is not min Yes I had family sharing, when I lost my phone, my partner gave me his iPhone, I used it for a while and upgraded then I returned his phone to him. On my new phone I see a whole entire contact list that belongs to him. On the contact app I have no contacts of my own exept his contacts are under “my contacts” group. I really don’t know what to do, it’s so frustrating
