PrivateKey in keychain - email is blocked

Email is asking for PrivateKey in my keychain to send or receive emails. It wants a password I don't remember and no way to reset it. How do I get this turned off?

Reading through this article mentions a certificate that is required in order to use this feature. Please open Keychain Access and see if there's any mention of a certificate with the email you're using. Deleting it might help.

At least when it comes to iCloud Mail, I don't have said certificate in my Keychain, so if it doesn't work, maybe try logging out and signing back into your email.
