I have no clue what this app is to be honest. If it is in the App Store and can be downloaded to your iPad, then it will work. If it's not in the App Store, it can't be downloaded to your iPad. Have you gone to the App Store to see if it is there?

Since this app requires iOS 12 or higher, this app is compatible with iPad Air 2
