Please open up the Mail app and open Preferences.

From macOS:

  1. Click Mail on the top left
  2. Click Preferences
  3. Under "Junk Mail" -> "Blocked" make sure they are not blocked.

If they're blocked, unblock the email address. If they're not blocked continue:

  1. Click on Rules
  2. Click "Add Rule"

You'll want a rule that looks like this:

I hope this helps!

If you "Move to Inbox," the Mail junk filter should learn.

However, you have to determine why Mail thinks it is Junk, if it even does.

Your email provider could be marking it as spam and putting it in the spam (Junk) folder before it is even delivered to you.

Another possibility is some email exchange is marking it with X-Spam headers and you have Trust Junk mail headers selected in the Junk Preferences in Mail.
