Has anyone had this happen? It just looks like a word document with information about whatever you are looking up. I have been unable to turn this off. It started not long ago and I wonder if this was in the new update 15.5. I was trying to look at a toy, but the white page kept coming up and prevented me from seeing the toy.

You Safari browser appear to be in reading mode. Just tap the black aA button and select Hide Reader - or long-touch the aA button - to return to normal page-browsing:
