icloud storage on Iphone

I was checking out my iphone storage and it showed me i was almost full, i knew i was using around 50 - 100gb for some files stored on iphone directly in files app but when looking the report it said aprx 50 on iphone (understandable) 50 on files (which i thought was the stuff i was storing on my iphone and has really confused me), 132 being taken up by icloud. I dont know why icloud is taking up so much, mine is almost empty and im on a massive family plan so why is storage being taken up on my phone, as well as that there is over 200 gb of system data being taken up. If anyone could help that would be very appreciated. Kind of worried about a virus but i dont think there is
