iPad generation 9

Has anyone purchased a generation 9 iPad that works?? Mine does not even after apple support phone calls, visit to Apple store, still doesn’t work. After restoring they send you home before it loads just to get rid of you.

New iOS 16 has broken my IPAD (version6) My Ipad (version 6) was working perfectly fine until I update it to the latest iOS. Now it broken. It keeps just rebooting. I am able to put it into recovery mode. I have tried to even restore to factory settings but that doesn't work either. Itune is still trying to push iOS 16 onto the system. I subscribed to TuneKit iOS System Recovery to try to restore my iPad and that is as useless as Itunes. I just feel screwed over for updating my operating system. The iPad is currently plugged in but I have no idea of its battery power. I thought a factory setting would put it back to its original ios and not back into the ios that seem to be killing it. The iPad wants to boot, it fails, it shuts down, and then tries to do it all over again. Is anyone else having the same issues?

Ran update on my iPad but it hangs up trying to verify update Why is my iPad hanging when I try to update? Downloads update but then hangs while verifying update. Been verifying update for 2 hours so I had to power off the pad.

iPad bootlooping after I tried to update it via Finder on my MacBook Hi! I have an 8th gen iPad 10.2 and I tried to update it to 16.2 recently via Finder on my MacBook (since it was throwing up failed-to-download errors via Software Update in Settings, it has 10GBs of free space so that shouldn't be an issue for a ~1GB update) and as soon as it started to prepare to update after extracting the files, the iPad just started bootlooping. It goes from the white Apple logo to the Recovery splash screen for a split second and then shuts down. This loops over and over until I unplug it from my Mac. I've tried updating and restoring my iPad with different cables, different Macs, and PCs and nothing has worked. I tried to restore it via DFU but that didn't work either, it just resulted in the same bootloop. I've had this issue earlier where it was resolved by using a USB-A to Lightning cable (not the USB-C to Lightning cable that comes in the box) but I don't have that anymore. I don't assume this is a normal thing everyone has to do do just to restore an iPad, is there anyone else who's had the same issue? Any help would be appreciated!
