I am getting charged like $70 every month and it shows as “Applecombill Xxxxx7753 CA” and I’m unsure of what it is and how to stop it.

Inform the Apple Rep of what is going on here. They’ll see this from their side of the call and will run you through the fix. Apple would likely see thing in your PurchaseHistory. If need be, perform a Screen Sharing Session with the Apple Rep.
