Email forwarding rule not working properly

Hi,

I have a rule to forward emails. The rule runs and the emails appear in the '' Sent'' folder, but the reciepent does not receive all of them. He receives only the emails that i receive the time that i open my email in my pc. There are no error messages or bounced emails.

If i manually forward each email, the recipient receives them.

Apple Mail Rule does not Forward or Redirect With Apple Mail open, I want to Forward or Redirect incoming iCloud email that has a specific Subject content to a Target email address automatically with a Rule, but its not happening. I can manually Forward or Redirect a selected email to the Target email address; but not with the Rule. To see if the Rule was running, I added steps to color the email background and move the email to a folder. The Rule executed those two steps but would not Forward or Redirect to the Target email address.

can't forward emails Greetings. When I receive an email that I want to share, I can't forward it as it gets kicked back to my phone or mac. The server sends the forward mail to my outbox and says the server does not recognize the address or something to that effect although that address is correct and in my contact list. Any suggestions? Oh! I have all the current updates and I'm currently running 17.0.1 Thanks.

Yep, I have the same problem as well as others.

Mail rules have worked properly about 85% of the time, for us, for years.

I think it's because there are so many options, you just don't know when conflicts are created. That and fixing them is not a high priority for Apple.
