My iPhone is stuck on "iPhone unavailable" mode. before I erase all off the data I want to back up the pictures from the computer. (It's important cause I didn't have enough space for back up earlier). The computer doesn't recognize my device because of the block. Is there another way?

Unfortunately, you are not going to be able to do anything until you reset/erase the phone and then set it up again. Hopefully, you have a recent backup that you can use to restore the phone once you have it up and running again.

i should just restore my iphone and hope to get the data from the recent back up...
Yes, after you have reset / erased the phone, it will start up again and provide you with the option to restore using a backup.
