I have looked everywhere and I don’t have the option to turn off my microphone (and camera). I have looked under general and focus.
My friend has a 13 and the same software update and she has the option to turn it off.
I would like the option for privacy from Meta.

Hi you can disable each App’s access to the microphone and camera by going to Settings > Privacy & Security. Tapping on "Microphone" or "Camera" will open a list with applications that have requested access to it. In this list you can enable and disable the consent for each individual application.

This is probably because they did not request access to the component.
Instagram nor Facebook show up under microphone and only Facebook shows up under camera.
