I am not seeing the apple tv thumbnail either.

Please elaborate. What exactly were you expecting to see, and where and when?

Second thing to do, is to explain what happens when you try to sign in, do you get an error? If so, what does it say?

Also, have you connected the Apple TV to the internet in some way?
