Hi,

if you see the Apple logo try to press and quickly release the volume up button than press and quickly release the volume down button, after press and hold the side button. If iPhone can start up well done your issue is solved, otherwise retry these steps connecting your iPhone to a Mac or a PC and try to restore via iTunes or Finder into Recovery mode.
