Siri saying Sorry I cannot help with that
I usually ask Siri to set my low power mode on but for a few months now it says “sorry, I can’t help you with that”

If you haven't already, start with restarting your iPhone as that can resolve odd issues with fresh connections: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
In addition to restarting make sure your iPhone is fully updating. The description shows you have iOS 15 installed. The current iOS version is 15.5. and to find out what you have installed tap Settings > General > About. If an update is needed, be sure to back up first. If the behavior continues after those two steps, complete the steps under "Set up "Hey Siri" to help Siri recognize your voice" to reset Siri: If "Hey Siri" isn't working on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
