What extensions are allowed on basic installation of Monterey 12.4 for full disk access? Mine is blank.

What extensions are allowed or installed on basic installation of Monterey 12.4 for full disk access?

Mine is blank.

I had to erase and reinstall completely after a power failure. I remember previously there was an extension of some kind that loaded with Monterey that I was told was a security feature built in;

but it seems nothing is showing up this time around in system preferences, full disk access.

Thanks for any help. Running iMac 2019; Monterey 12.4, 8 gb memory.

iMac 21.5″, macOS 12.4
