Refund for a subscription which is not worked and was 3 months ago
I bought an annual subscription for F1 TV. And then after renewing it stops working.
- "Restore purchase" doesn't help.
- I can't ask for a refund because I see only subscriptions from the last two months on the list.
- F1 TV support said that they cannot do anything. They suggested asking for a refund from Apple and buying a subscription directly on their web site.
How can I request a refund for not working subscription?
