New iPhone 13

Hi I received my daughters new iPhone today and when I was trying to set the new one up and try to do the transfer and get the new phone working from the old phone…. I had put in the wrong Apple ID well I figured out how to fix that but now everything is transferred but when you try to call on it it says the number is dialed incorrectly… and then when you call it it rings on old phone…. Help I’m struggling here lol

Did you transfer the SIM card from the old iPhone to the new one?


Cell service doe snot transfer with the rest of data. You must physically mode the SIM card over.

New phone needs to be activated by the phone carrier.
