I have an iPhone 11 pro max, when on call and put the phone near my ear the sensor works and the screen goes black.. but if I raised the phone the screen stays black and the sensor doesn't disconnect.. i have to wait the other person to end the call so the screen works again.. Any help?

It sounds like there's some concerns with the proximity sensor of your iPhone. Do you have any kind of case, screen protector, or damage up near the front camera of your iPhone? If you have s screen protector or case covering that area, remove those and see if issues still occur.
If there is nothing there, then we'd recommend that you Contact Apple Support for diagnostic assistance.
