Call failed/speaker not working during call

Hello, lately I've noticed that I can't click the speaker button during some calls. In other calls, however, it says call failed. I don't know what to do 😭 I updated my phone to 15.5 yesterday when I saw that my calls kept failing, and it still happens. Please help me with this!!

Try to optimize the range of the mobile network, see this Apple article:

Contact your carrier

Issues with your carrier or account might affect your service. Contact your carrier to:

  • Verify that your account is active and in good standing.
  • Make sure that there are no outages in your area.
  • Check that your device isn't blocked from receiving cellular services and is set up with the right data plan.

If your carrier confirms that there's no issue with your account or network, but you still can't connect to a cellular network, contact Apple Support.

If you see an alert next to No Service, learn what you can do.

Charge the battery > 70%.

Thank you, but I tried it again with my phone at 88% and 2 bars of service (my service is not the best but it usually works) and it still didn't work. Also, there are no issues with my carrier or my account. And my parents can call people without this happening and they use the same carrier. :( Also, my WiFi is fine so I don't really see how else this is happening. I'll probably just contact Apple Support though. Thank you again 😁
