Can’t send pictures to android

I can send pictures to other iPhones perfectly fine but I can’t get them to deliver to Androids. MMS is on, reset network settings, no carrier updates available, software is up to date.

MMS is a service offered by your cellular carrier. Be certain it is available on your plan. It may cost extra.
