My ipad is stuck in recovery mode

My iPad is stuck in a recovery mode after I tried to repair it from another problem that I´ve been having.

The first problem was that the iPad started to restart it self all the time and I´ve read that I could use Tenorshare ReiBoot to fix it. And now it won´t get out of recovery mode and I know that if I register and buy a code the Tenorshare ReiBoot program it will be available to fix it. However I don´t want to spend money on a program that I will only use once to fix it.

So, is there any other solutuions to my problem?
