Emails going into Junk Mail

Hi - 27" iMac 2021 Monterey 12.4.

Over the past number of weeks, an alarming number of emails are just going straight into Junk folder.

I've not done anything to "tell" them to hide in there, but it is a nuisance. Apart from those that are definitely junk, I now have to go through the entire Junk folder in case I miss something - which is what happened a few times until someone told us to check there - previously we never have had to.

Can this be fixed?

Thanks.
