I can't get my iphone 13 Pro Max screen to rotate to horizontal so I can read articles on the internet. The words are too small on the phone, and I need to be able to rotate it horizontally and expand the text to be able to read it. I read text on my phone constantly. Has anyone found a way to be able to do that? Thanks.

Check to make sure you don't have the rotation lock engaged:

Also, note that not all apps allow rotation.
