iPhone 11 iOS 15.5 getting NO notifications at all. Tried everything.

I am getting zero notifications on my iPhone. I have to open the apps and manually check. I seem to get notifications from the app if I have the same app currently on, but only top banners. Not even badges.

I've tried everything:

• No, I don't have Do Not Disturb or Sleep or Focus enabled
• Yes, the notifications are enabled for the apps
• No scheduled summary and I've tried that + selecting immediate delivery for the apps and didn't work
• No car DND enabled
• The notifications are enabled inside the app's settings
• Not on silent mode
• Yes, iPhone is updated
• Yes, my internet connection is stable and mobile data is ALWAYS ON
• Already reset my phone a bunch of times
• Today I spent almost 5 hours backing up, restoring and setting up my phone again and I still don't get ANY notifications - but yes, having to set up all my apps again which is a pain.

I'm tired of missing important messages, especially for work. Any fix for this? And quick???
