iPhone screen went black but still buzzes?

I just woke up and went to check my phone because somebody is calling as it is buzzing but the screen went black and it doesnt show anything. I tried to manually turn it off by holding the volume up and the power button and then it started making beeping noises and called 911. Does anybody know how to fix?
