Payment method update

I lost my debit card and had to get another, I tried to add the new card and it’s being declined. I don’t know what the problem could be, all subscriptions is expired. What should I do?

Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support


These steps may also help you resolve the issue with your payment method.


  • Make sure that you are entering all of your details exactly like it is listed with your bank. It could be as simple as an error in formatting your name, credit card information, or billing address.
  • Contact your bank to make sure everything looks good on their end. 
  • Try changing or updating your payment method from another Apple device or on the Apple ID website. 


Your screenshot says that the Apple systems were unable to verify the information that you entered. If you’re still not able to get your payment method updated, you may need to contact Apple Support directly. They will be the experts when it comes to your Apple account.
