Incorrect Billing - account being debited

Apple keeps taking money from my account when I don't have subscriptions for that amount. I can't request a refund as the services are not listed. Is there an email address I can't use to send my refund request to? Thanks, I'm in South Africa

Hello ~ Do you share your Apple ID with anyone? You may also want to consider contacting your banking institution and/or credit card company to insure that your information has not been breached and in the hands of a fraudster. You may go to upper right hand corner and then click on Get Support or:


Contact Apple for support and service
