Apple ID disabled

my Apple ID. I just recently got back into my iCloud account via the account recovery process and whilst trying to download all my apps I got a notification telling me my account is disabled for this and to contact iTunes support. Please get back to me as soon as possible . My iCloud storage is full and i can’t buy more memory to replenish is until this matter is solved. You may email me at promptly
