iPhone 11 dead, no insurance. How do I get my apps from the dead 11? I was backing up on the iCloud. I can’t find where I can restore apps. New phone is 11 also

When you set up the new phone it should prompt to set up as new or restore from a backup. If you choose to restore from a backup it will list the available backups. Note that you must be logged in to the Apple ID that you used when backing up the old phone.

Basically, you reset the phone to factory settings, then set it up again.
Unfortunately the guy at the store turned on the phone and didn’t choose restore from a backup
Yikes! Is there another way? There is no other way to just put my apps from the old phone on the new phone?
You can download the apps from the App Store, but that won’t restore app data. It will be as if you are using the apps for the first time.

It will restore everything you backed up from the old phone.
