Dear All,
I'm looking for a way to convert my iphone videos (mov) to mp4 so I can use on Microsoft computer (hopefully without loosing much quality).
I've read that I need to change the extension from MOV to MP$ on the iphone photo app, but cannot find a way to do it.
Could anyone advise on this please?

You can do it in iMovie.
Drop the .Mov into the "my media" section, highlite the clip and go to the file menu then share then file that puts you in the menu to save the clip which should save as an MP4
