To be honest I would not worry about.
To trust a third party app at your own risk i guess. Stop looking at it if it concerns you.
You have an expected 1000cycle count on your battery.
You battery is covered by the 1-yr limited hardware warranty, more if you have apple care+
Apple will not notch it if it 80% are above.
What I have seen with BHM this number can move up or down, depending on the BHM software and your learned usage pattern.
I do not see it as an issue.
The rule of thumb to extend the working life of your battery:
If you are near the mains leave it plugged in, if you need the portability then run on battery only.
That is it.
